• Promotion is valid from 1 May – 31 July 2021.
• Valid for new users and renewal users (Yearly Business Plan / Yearly Agent Plan).
• This Campaign is open to all new sign ups and existing AVANA merchants who sign up during this campaign period.
• Each customer can only redeem the 10% Cashback in the form of shipping credits (“AVACredits”) once.
• If successful, the AVANA shipping credits will be credited into the Eligible Customer’s AVANA account and will be reflected under ‘AVACredits’ of said account within two (2) working days. 
• By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customers shall be deemed to have read, fully understood, agreed and accepted the Terms and Conditions contained herein and shall be bound by the same.
• AVANA reserves the right at any time with prior notice to change the duration and/or commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.
• AVANA reserves the right to withdraw, extend or terminate the Campaign in whole or in part or to vary, delete and/or any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein with notice via AVANA’s website or through any other channels that AVANA deems suitable in order to give prior notice to the Eligible Customers.
• Any matters which are not covered under these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be solely determined by AVANA .
• AVANA shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever nature or howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Customers, resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters whatsoever in connection with this Campaign.
• All the Terms and Conditions including the additions, deletions, variations and/or amendments as may be made in respect thereof from time to time shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and unless as agreed otherwise by AVANA, the parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Malaysia.
